All card payments are done via www.stripe.com and when a refund is issued they charge 1.2% that will be deducted from your total refund.
Please note that your shipping address and billing address must match and if you are paying via PayPal your item will be sent to the address in your PayPal account.
HEEDSSHOES.COM does not process any credit card transaction all payment details and information is handled securely via stripe.com.

If you live in a country with extra import/VAT duties we are not paying for these as we ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Due to brexit shipping within the EU have changed a bit. We are working hard to sort this out with couriers but for now you might experience delays.
If you have a discount code/coupon code you have the option to enter one code when you go to your cart.
